The site and services are operated by Alexandro Dornea (DuoSeek), VAT no. 03992970545. Contact: info@duoseek.com.

DuoSeek provides website development, custom CRM and management software, Meta Ads campaign management and digital strategy consulting. Each collaboration is governed, in addition to these Terms, by the specific offer and agreements made with the client.

A collaboration begins after a briefing and the client’s acceptance of a dedicated offer. The client undertakes to promptly provide the materials, access and information needed to properly carry out the project.

The content of duoseek.com (text, graphics, trademark, layout) is owned by DuoSeek and may not be reproduced without authorization. For projects built on commission, upon final payment the exclusive usage rights to the work and its related source code are transferred to the client, with no vendor lock-in. Excluded from the transfer are third-party software components, open-source libraries and tools subject to their own licenses, which remain governed by their respective licenses.

The client warrants that it holds ownership of, or the necessary authorizations for, the materials it provides (text, images, trademarks) and assumes full responsibility for them. The client undertakes to use the services lawfully and not to infringe third-party rights.

The parties undertake to keep confidential the confidential information exchanged during the collaboration and to use it solely for the purposes of the project.

The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which form an integral part of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance shall fall under the jurisdiction of the place of residence or domicile of the Provider, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer jurisdiction where applicable.
